As noted before, Skye Blue suffered a leg-related injury at Saturday’s AEW Collision show at the Esports Stadium Arlington in Arlington, Texas. Blue suffered the injury following a dive spot by Hikaru Shida that resulted in Shida landing awkwardly on Blue’s leg. Blue required immediate medical assistance and was unable to continue which led to the match being called off and Shida being declared the winner.

Following the match, AEW CEO Tony Khan provided an update on Twitter stating that Blue had suffered an ankle injury and was being tended to by AEW doctors. No other details were given regarding the severity of Blue’s injury.
