Tuesday’s WWE NXT drew 534,000 viewers on SYFY, up from last week’s 468,000 viewers. This week’s show was notable for being the NXT Great American Bash 2024 Week 2 special and for also being preempted to SYFY for the second week in a row due to USA Network’s commitments with the 2024 Summer Olympic Games.
It drew a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 key demographic, up from last week’s 0.15 rating.
In regards to notable sports competition, the 2024 Summer Olympics Games drew 12,809,000 viewers on NBC and 1,066,000 viewers on USA Network.
This time last year, the August 8, 2023 NXT drew 776,000 viewers and a 0.23 rating. The August 9, 2022 NXT drew 597,000 viewers and a 0.13 rating.
