Friday’s WWE SmackDown drew 2,179,000 viewers on FOX, up from the previous week’s 2,058,000 viewers.

It drew a 0.60 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from the previous week’s 0.52 rating.

In regards to notable sports competition, the 2024 Summer Olympics Games drew 13,112,000 viewers on NBC and 1,175,000 viewers on USA Network.

Last year’s SmackDown on August 4, 2023 drew 2,248,000 viewers and a 0.62 rating. The August 5, 2022 episode drew 2,093,000 viewers.
