Toni Storm vs. Deonna Purrazzo, TNT Title, & AEW Tag Titles Matches Announced for Next Week’s AEW Collision Show

Saturday’s AEW Worlds End 2024 event at the Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida featured three new matches announced for the card of next week’s AEW Collision show on January 4, 2025 at the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina.

All these matches were setup following promos, storyline angles, and match card graphics throughout the show.

The first new match announced was a singles match of Toni Storm vs. Deonna Purrazzo.

The second new match announced was a TNT Championship match of Mark Briscoe vs. Daniel Garcia (c).

The third new match was an AEW World Tag Team Championship match of Lio Rush & Action Andretti vs. Private Party (Zay & Quen) (c).

  • AEW World Tag Team Championship match – Lio Rush & Action Andretti vs. Private Party (Zay & Quen) (c)

Jeff Jarrett “Big Announcement” Announced for AEW Dynamite Fight for the Fallen 2025

Saturday’s AEW Worlds End 2024 event also featured one new segment announced for the card of AEW’s Dynamite Fight for the Fallen show on January 1, 2025 at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center in Asheville, North Carolina.

In regards to the new segment, this was announced to be Jeff Jarrett making a “big announcement” regarding the future of his wrestling career.

Roderick Strong Makes Surprise Return & Kyle O’Reilly Reunites with Adam Cole & Undisputed Kingdom

Saturday’s AEW Worlds End 2024 event also featured Kyle O’Reilly reuniting with Adam Cole and Undisputed Kingdom.

This was initially setup over recent weeks shows over O’Reilly’s issues with Cole continuing his bad blood feud with MJF and being worried about the safety of his well-being.

Following MJF’s victory over Cole to retain the Dynamite Diamond Ring, MJF left the ring and grabbed a chair. MJF attempted to “Pillmanize” Cole’s knee only to be stopped by Roderick Strong who made his surprise return from an “injury” and ran out to save Cole. This led to MJF leaving the ring only to be stopped by O’Reilly. MJF then tried to sweet talk O’Reilly into joining forces with him only for O’Reilly to grab MJF and tossed him back into the ring. O’Reilly & Strong then hit a Total Elimination to MJF and celebrated in the ring with Cole as Matt Taven & Mike Bennett came out. All five men embraced in the ring and O’Reilly reunited with Cole and his group.


Date & Location Announced for AEW Revolution 2025

Saturday’s AEW Worlds End 2024 event also featured AEW officially announcing the date and location for next year’s AEW Revolution event.

It was announced that next year’s event will be taking place on March 9, 2025 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.

It was also announced that tickets for this upcoming event will officially go on sale starting on January 7, 2025 for the pre-sale and January 13th for the general public.
