WWE held a RAW on Netflix Kickoff event earlier today at their headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Among the guests for the event included Logan Paul, who had recently claimed that he was retired from wrestling.
During the event, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce announced that Paul was the newest official member of his RAW brand roster.
Paul grabbed a microphone and gave a promo talking about how he is excited to be part of WWE’s move to Netflix and has been watching a lot of wrestling during his time away from the company. Paul also stated that him watching everyone wrestle every week made him realize how much better he is than everyone.
“I’ve been watching a lot of Monday Night Raw. The premium live events. Paul, you guys have outdone yourself. The product right now is amazing. Absolutely incredible. And guys, getting to watch my peers wrestle week in and week out is what truly made me realize how much better I am than everyone.
I will stay humble, but I am the best athlete in this arena. I was the greatest United States champion of all time. Every single one of my matches is a banger. Think about it. Mike Tyson wants to fight me. Conor McGregor wants to fight me. Of course they do. A payday with a Paul brother is a bucket list item for most all of these washed up fighters.
So the best part of being me is that I get to do what I love and I love this sport. So here’s a message to the entire WWE roster, everyone watching back there, everyone watching at home, because I know you’re watching. If you have something that I want, I’m going to take it. I’m not asking permission. I am going to take it from you.”
