Full Winners List of 2024 NXT Year End Awards
Tuesday’s taped WWE NXT show featured WWE officially announcing the list of winners for this year’s NXT Year End Awards.
The first award announced was the NXT Match of the Year award which was given to the NXT North American Championship Triple Threat match of Josh Briggs vs. Dijak vs. Oba Femi (c) from NXT Stand & Deliver 2024.

The second award announced was the NXT Moment of the Year award which was given to Joe Hendry’s surprise NXT debut appearance from the July 7th episode of NXT.

The third award announced was the NXT Tag Team of the Year award which was given to Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom).

The fourth award announced was the NXT Female Superstar of the Year award which was given to Roxanne Perez.

The fifth award announced was the NXT Male Superstar of the Year award which did not have a winner revealed due to Oba Femi interrupting the award announcement. Femi started talking about himself and claiming he would win the NXT Championship next week only to be interrupted by NXT Champion Trick Williams who came out to respond to Femi and their upcoming match. This led to Eddy Thorpe running out from the crowd and attacked both and smashed the NXT Male Supsertar of the Year award plaque over Femi’s head laying him out.

Joe Hendry Makes Appearance on Tuesday’s NXT Show & Teases Return to WWE in 2025
Tuesday’s taped NXT show also featured TNA talent Joe Hendry teasing him making another appearance in WWE in 2025.
During the show, Hendry’s surprise debut in NXT was announced to be the winner of the NXT Moment of the Year award for this year’s NXT Year End Awards. During his speech, Hendry stated that “say his name and he appears means anywhere, any time, any show.”

This was Hendry’s first appearance in WWE’s NXT brand since this past September.
NXT Women’s Title #1 Contender Match, NXT Heritage Cup Title, & More Announced for NXT New Year’s Evil 2025
Tuesday’s taped NXT show also featured three new matches announced for the card of NXT New Year’s Evil 2025, which takes place on January 7, 2025 at the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles, California.
The first new match announced was a NXT Women’s North American Championship #1 Contender’s Fatal Four-way match of Lola Vice vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Cora Jade.

The second new match announced was NXT Heritage Cup Championship match of Lexis King vs. Charlie Dempsey (c).
This match was setup following a backstage segment involving NXT GM Ava, King, Dempsey, and William Regal. Ava brought up how King won the title last week by disqualification but took issue with how the title can change because of a grey area and voided the result. Ava then asked for King to hand over the Heritage Cup and announced that he would face off against Dempsey in a rematch for the title at New Year’s Evil 2025. Ava stated that this match would be held with the stipulation of it being under “sudden death” with only one fall needed to end the match. King gave an upset reaction but handed over the cup to Dempsey who was gleeful to get his cup back.

The third new match announced was a Six-Women Tag Team match – Tatxum Paxley, Gigi Dolin, & Shotzi vs. Fatal Influence (Jazmyn Nyx, Jacy Jayne, & Fallon Henley).
