As noted before, DOUKI suffered a serious arm-related injury at Saturday’s NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19 event at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan. DOUKI’s injury resulted in his IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship match against El Desperado getting called off and El Desperado being declared the new champion.
Tokyo Sports reported that their sources confirmed that DOUKI had suffered a dislocated left elbow injury.
No other details were given regarding a potential timetable for DOUKI’s return from injury.
