WWE reportedly currently has scheduled for WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan to make an appearance at this Monday’s WWE RAW premiere show on Netlix at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that his sources stated that WWE officials have held recent talks regarding Hogan making potential upcoming appearances in the company. Sapp reported that no details regarding specific dates were confirmed by his sources at the time of his report.
Dave Meltzer reported in a special edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources confirmed that Hogan is currently scheduled to make an appearance at this Monday’s WWE RAW premiere show on Netflix.
In regards to other potential surprise appearances planned for the show, Meltzer reported that those spoken to stated that WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin is currently not scheduled to appear at the show. Meltzer also reported that several celebrities are currently rumored to be appearing on the show but no other details were given.
Meltzer reported that WWE officials current plans are to spread things out for surprise appearances for WWE Hall of Famers and Legends with the idea to not have a ” blow away first show and then having things back to normal.”
One WWE Hall of Famer reportedly scheduled for an upcoming WWE RAW show is Bill Goldberg. Meltzer reported that Goldberg is currently scheduled to make an appearance on January 27th episode of WWE RAW due to it taking place in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.
In regards to Hogan, WWE is currently rumored to be debuting new sponsors-themed ring mats for their WWE RAW shows as part of RAW’s move to Netflix. A ring mat displayed prior to the start of this past Friday’s WWE SmackDown show in Phoenix. Arizona featured Hogan’s beer brand as one of the sponsors shown.
