Friday’s WWE SmackDown drew 1,578,000 viewers on USA Network, up from the previous week’s 1,350,000 viewers.
It drew a 0.47 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from the prior week’s show 0.40 rating.
In regards to notable sports competition, the NBA game of Phoenix Suns vs. Boston Celtics drew 261,000 viewers on NBA TV, the 2025 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament game of UConn vs. UCLA drew 4,033,000 viewers on ESPN and 177,000 viewers on ESPN2, the 2025 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament game of Texas vs. South Carolina drew 3,540,000 viewers on ESPN and 155,000 viewers on ESPN2, and the UFL game of Birmingham Stallions at Michigan Panthers drew 659,000 viewers on FOX.
Last year’s SmackDown on April 5, 2024 drew 2,603,000 viewers and a 0.77 rating on FOX. The April 7, 2023 episode drew 2,468,000 viewers on FOX.
