LA Knight Advances to Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WWE Money in the Bank 2025
Friday’s WWE SmackDown show at the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia featured one Qualifying match for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank 2025.
This was LA Knight defeating Shinsuke Nakamura and Aleister Black in a Triple Threat match.

As a result of his victory, Knight joins Solo Sikoa as those who have officially qualified for this year’s Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.
Giulia Advances to Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WWE Money in the Bank 2025
Friday’s WWE SmackDown show also featured one Qualifying match for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank 2025, which takes place on June 7th at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
This was Giulia defeating Zelina Vega and Charlotte Flair in a Triple Threat match.

As a result of her victory, Giulia joins, Rhea Ripley, Roxanne Perez, and Alexa Bliss as those who have officially qualified for this year’s Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.

Candice LeRae Make Surprise Return & Reunited with DIY
Friday’s WWE SmackDown show also featured Candice LeRae making a surprise return and reuniting with DIY.
Near the end of the match between Tommaso Ciampa and Chris Sabin, the referee checked on Ciampa after he fell to the match and starting clutching his ankle. This led to Sabin, who had been standing on the top rope, getting distracted long enough for LeRae to show up and yanked him down by his hair. This led to Ciampa revealing that his ankle injury was just a ruse and laid out Sabin with a running knee strike for the pinfall victory.

Following the match, LeRae celebrated with DIY over Ciampa’s victory and them reuniting together.
This was LeRae’s first appearance since this past April.
Chelsea Green vs. Zelina Vega for WWE Women’s US Title Set for May 24th Saturday Night’s Main Event Show
Friday’s WWE SmackDown show also featured one new match announced for the card of WWE’s next WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show on May 24th in Tampa, Florida.
This new match announced was a WWE Women’s United States Championship match of Chelsea Green vs. Zelina Vega (c).

This match was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Vega and Green’s bad blood issues. During tonight’s show, Green mocked Vega for losing her Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying match. Later in the show, Vega returned the favor by attacking Green at ringside during the Secret Hervice’s tag team match against Michin & B-Fab causing their loss in the process.

Wyatt Sicks Makes Surprise Return
Friday’s WWE SmackDown show also featured the Wyatt Sicks making their surprise return to the SmackDown brand.
Near the end of the WWE Tag Team Championship match between Fraxiom and the Street Profits, DIY & Candice LeRae came out attempting to interfere leading to Motor City Machine Guns running out to stop them and a big brawl breaking out at ringside. Montez Ford joined in on the brawl and after some more action back in the ring, the lights suddenly went off and the tell tale signs of the Wyatt Sicks occurred. When teh lights came back on, the group was seen standing in the ring and proceeded to attack the Street Profits, Fraxiom, and LeRae laying them all out. The group then posed in the ring with all the fallen bodies around them and Uncle Howdy gave a shout out to Bray Wyatt as the show went to a close.

This was the Wyatt Sicks’ first appearance since this past December due to Bo Dallas/Uncle Howdy being out of action until this past March due to an undisclosed injury and the group waiting for their return plans to go into effect.
