AEW’s upcoming All In: Texas event on July 12th at the Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas reportedly is currently set to break several new non-WWE records for a wrestling event in North America, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dave Meltzer reported that AEW’s All In: Texas event has already set one new all-time record in regards to the largest live gate for a non-WWE wrestling event in the United States at currently around $2.5 million. Meltzer reported that AEW’s event already has around 19,000 paid tickets which is another all-time record for largest paid attendance for a non-WWE wrestling event in North America.
Meltzer reported that All In: Texas’ live gate has well surpassed AEW’s previous record for a North American live gate, which was $1.25 million for the Forbidden Door 2023 event in Toronto, Canada.
Meltzer also reported that All In: Texas is also currently closing in on potentially becoming the largest attendance for a non-WWE wrestling PPV event in North American history. This record reportedly is currently held by WCW’s Slamboree 1999 event in May of 2019 that drew 20,516 at the TWA Dome (now known as The Dome at America’s Center) in St. Louis, Missouri.
Meltzer also reported that All In: Texas’ live gate is currently the third-largest live gate for an AEW PPV event in AEW history, only behind All In 2023 ($10 million) and All In 2024 (over $6 million).
