New Japan Pro Wrestling announced that they had pulled El Phantasmo from the card of their New Japan Soul 2025 event earlier today in Aomori, Japan due to him recently suffering a right knee injury.
It was announced that Tomoaki Honma was El Phantasmo’s replacement for his Six-Man Tag Team match with Hirooki Goto & Yuya Uemura against TMDK (Zack Sabre Jr., Ryohei Oiwa, & Hartley Jackson), which was won by Honma’s team.
El Phantasmo has sustained a right knee injury and has not been cleared to compete tonight.
