Trey Miguel Says He Will Undergo Hernia Surgery After TNA Slammiversary 2025
As noted before, Trey Miguel has been out of action for TNA Wrestling since earlier this month due to a hernia injury.
Miguel provided an update earlier today on Twitter stating that he will be undergoing hernia surgery after TNA’s upcoming Slammiversary 2025 event on July 20th.
“After Slammiversary I will undergo hernia surgery. I was given a choice and I chose to be there. I will give it my absolute best because that’s what @ThisIsTNA deserves and you the fans. A full recovery is expected as this is a minor surgery. Thank you all for the well wishes and messages. Apologies to anyone I missed and didn’t get to reply to. 🙏🏽💚”

Lance Storm Comments on There Being a Good Chance He Won’t Be Working at TNA If They Go Live Weekly
As noted before, TNA President Carlos Silva stated in a recent interview with The Ariel Helwani Show that TNA could be running their Impact! shows live weekly at some point next year due to it being a request from potential broadcast partners for their new media rights talks.
A recent episode of the Wrestling Observer Live featured co-host and TNA producer Lance Storm giving his thoughts about his future in TNA being in potential doubt if the company were to start running their shows live on a weekly basis.
“Yeah, this has been talked about many times and my answer is always there’s a good chance I won’t be working there if that happens. I love TNA, I love my job, I love everyone that I work with. But, my life has always been a balance of my home life and my schedule and the idea of flying out early Wednesday to not get home till later in the day Friday is a three-day week job and I’m not sure that’s in the cards for me anymore. Maybe we could work out a deal that I didn’t do every week. Who knows? I would do everything I could to stay with the company should that happen and that’d be great if they could get a great media rights deal. But, I’m not looking at a full-time schedule at this point in my life.”

Carlos Silva Comments on His Belief TNA Can Become the Number Two Promotion Again
A recent episode of The Ariel Helwani Show featured TNA Carlos Silva as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Silva’s thoughts about his belief that TNA Wrestling can become the number two promotion again.
“Sure …
It’s always a goal to get better. The motivation is to get better every day and land where we are and be TNA. We’re one of the major leagues. We’ve got a great partner in WWE and I think we keep getting bigger every three months. In the last six months, we’ve gotten bigger every 30 days. I’m really big on ‘What do you deliver in 30, 60, and 90 days?’ It’s how you set your short-term goals. You can’t just be thinking three years out. You have to think about that, but you have to really grind it out every single day. There is no one thing that makes you win. It’s a little of everything. I want TNA to continue to be big and strong and if I come on your show in six months and you want to tell me we’re the number two promotion, I’m going to say, ‘Yeah, I think you’re right.'”
