The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported that his sources confirmed that Andrade has departed from WWE
Sports Illustrated’s John Alba reported that his sources also confirmed Andrade’s departure and stated that his release from the company was not a mutual decision.
Alba reported that Andrade had not been backstage at television tapings for nearly a month and multiple talent were told on Saturday that he had been let go from the company.

Fightful Select reported that their sources provided an update stating that Andrade’s departure was due to a decision that was made between him and WWE.
It was also reported that his departure was an isolated case.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Andrade recently departed from WWE.
It was reported that it is currently not known if Andrade had requested his release or was cut but his departure is not part of a new round of mass talent cuts.
It was also reported that Andrade’s profile was moved to the Alumni section on WWE’s official website.
Prior to his departure, Andrade last wrestled at this past August’s SummerSlam 2025 and had teamed up with Rey Fenix in a Six-way TLC match for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
Andrade had been with WWE since January of 2024 for a second stint with the company, following his initial stint from 2016 to 2020.
