As noted before, TNA talent Masha Slamovich is currently dealing with domestic abuse allegations made against her by her former partner and current indies wrestler AKIRA. TNA recently launched an internal investigation into Slamovich and pulled her scheduled match against Ash By Elegance for the TNA Knockouts World Championship from the card of this Friday’s Victory Road 2025 event.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that TNA officials also recently made a change for tonight’s taped Impact! episode in order to remove a match that would have featured Slamovich.
Johnson reported that Slamovich is currently not expected to be at this Friday’s Victory Road 2025 event and TNA officials have dropped all of their plans for her for their upcoming Impact! tapings following this Friday’s event.
Johnson also reported that it is currently not known if Ash By Elegance will still be defending her TNA Knockouts World Championship at this Friday’s event. One source spoken to reportedly stated that Ash would not be wrestle at the show while others spoken would not confirm that.
