As noted before, AEW recently announced that Taz would be getting inducted into the 2300 Arena Hardcore Hall of Fame as its newest member. This ceremony was originally scheduled to take place at this past Saturday’s AEW Collision show before being delayed to tonight’s Dynamite show at the request of Taz.
Prior to the start of tonight’s Dynamite show at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, AEW held a ceremony for Taz to officially induct him into the 2300 Arena Hardcore Hall of Fame.

In a video posted on Twitter by AEW CEO Tony Khan, Taz gave his thoughts about his induction. Taz also stated that he made the request for his induction tribute segment to be held before the show in order to not take away focus from the talent for the show.
