Full Field of Competitors Announced for CMLL Women’s Grand Prix 2025
Wednesday’s CMLL Informa show featured the official announcement of the full field of competitors for Team International and Team Mexico for this year’s Women’s Grand Prix event.
This year’s event takes place on October 24th at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.
In regards to Team International, Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart, & Skye Blue), Mina Shirakawa, and Diamante were announced to be among the team for AEW and Ring of Honor’s representation.

Masha Slamovich’s TNA Contract Reportedly Expiring Soon & Backstage Update on Status of TNA/NXT Plans For Her
As noted before, TNA Wrestling talent Masha Slamovich is currently dealing with domestic abuse allegations made against her by her former partner and current indies wrestler AKIRA. TNA launched an internal investigation into Slamovich over the allegations while several indies promotions have dropped Slamovich from their upcoming shows due to the allegations.
Figthful Select reported that their sources stated that Slamovich’s contract with TNA is currently set to expire soon.
It was reported that it was still up in the air whether or not she’d even remain in the company due to her current situation. Slamovich reportedly had been planned to lose her TNA Knockouts World Championship match against Ash By Elegance at this Friday’s Victory Road 2025 event prior to the match being pulled from the show’s card advertisement.
It was also reported that those spoken to within WWE stated that any plans of using Slamovich for the current NXT-TNA invasion storyline angle would be paused if there were any actually for her. Those spoken to reportedly stated that Slamovich was never planned to be part of the TNA invasion angle at this past Tuesday’s WWE NXT show due to she was out of the country.
