Asuka & Kairi Sane Turns Heel on IYO SKY
Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured the Kabuki Warriors’ Asuka & Kairi Sane turning heel on IYO SKY.
Asuka and Sane’s heel turn was intially setup over recent weeks shows over Asuka’s growing upset with SKY and her friendship with Rhea Ripley. During tonight’s show, Asuka bossed Sane around to attack Ripley which Sane was reluctant to do until near the end. As Sane attempted to attack Ripley on the apron while the referee was looking, Asuka hit a running hip attack that missed Ripley, who had moved out of the way, and hit Sane sending her flying off the apron. This led to Ripley rolling up Asuka for the pinfall victory.
Following the match, Asuka hit a mist attack on Ripley blinding her and told Sane to attack Ripley which she did after some hesitation.

That's some sore loser behavior, Asuka… pic.twitter.com/VGi4LN7tIg
This led to IYO SKY running out to the ring and confronted Asuka pleading for the attack to be stopped. After some words, a crying Asuka hugged SKY but this turned out to be a ruse and laid her out with a backfist strike. Asuka then demanded Sane to attack SKY which she did after some reluctance again. Asuka and Sane continued their beat down on SKY and Ripley as the show came to a close.
Asuka and Kairi, what have you done? 🫢
