Friday’s WWE SmackDown drew 1,342,000 viewers on USA Network, up from the prior week’s 1,316,000 viewers.
It drew a 0.37 rating in the 18-49 demographic, same as the prior week show’s rating.
In regards to notable sports competition, the 2025 WNBA Playoffs Game 3 of New York Liberty vs. Phoenix Mercury drew 995,000 viewers on ESPN2, the College Football game of Iowa vs. Rutgers drew 2,657,000 viewers on FOX, the College Football game of Tulsa vs. Oklahoma State drew 1,379,000 viewers on ESPN, and the MLB game of Chicago Cubs vs. Cincinnati Reds or Atlanta Braves at Detroit Tigers drew 183,000 viewers on MLB Network.
Last year’s SmackDown on September 20, 2024 drew 1,494,000 viewers and a 0.45 rating on USA Network. The September 22, 2023 episode drew 2,227,000 viewers on FOX.
