Update #3:
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that NXT talent Wes Lee and WWE LFG/EVOLVE talents Jin Tala, Haze Jameson, Summer Sorrell, and Brayden “BJ” Ray were also among those released on Friday from WWE.
Prior to their departures, Lee had been with WWE since December of 2020. During his time in WWE, Lee had won the NXT North American Championship and NXT Tag Team Championship and was the leader of The High Ryze with Tyriek Igwe and Tyson Dupont.
Tala had been signed with WWE since 2024 and made her debut for WWE’s EVOLVE brand in April of 2024.
Jameson had been signed with WWE since 2025 and had primarily worked for their EVOLVE brand.
Sorrell had been signed with WWE since 2025 and had primarily worked for their LFG brand.
Ray had been signed with WWE since 2024 and had primarily worked for their LFG brand.
Update #2:
WWE LFG and EVOLVE talent Jamar Hampton announced on Instagram that he was released from WWE today.
Hampton stated that he was grateful for his time in WWE and announced he is retiring from his wrestling career.
“Today I have officially been released from the WWE. I never wished to be a pro wrestler growing up, but I’m grateful I got the opportunity to try! I’ve always been a lowkey out the way type of person, but wrestling forced me to grow and step to the center of attention. Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to keep going! belief in me kept me going when I didn’t believe in myself. This is the end of my wrestling career, I’ll leave it to the professionals now! Wishing success for everyone at the PC! Love (P.S. My hip has healed & I’m off crutches now)”
Prior to his release, Hampton had been signed with WWE since November of 2024.
Update:
WWE ID talent Zara Zakher and WWE EVOLVE GM/Prime Minister Stevie Turner also announced their departures from WWE today.
Zakher announced on Twitter that her WWE ID contract had expired and she will be taking a break from wrestling for the foreseeable future.
As of today, my contract with WWE ID has expired, and I’ll be taking a step back from wrestling. I’m so grateful for all the people I’ve met and everyone who’s supported me. I don’t know if or when I’ll be back, but I’m hopeful for the future. ❤️

Turner announced on Twitter that her time with WWE has ended and she will be leaving the company.

Prior to their departures, Zakher had been signed with WWE since November of 2024 and had worked for WWE’s EVOLVE brand.
Turner had been signed with WWE since March of 2021 and had first started in WWE’s NXT UK brand before being moved over to their NXT brand. Turner had working as the Prime Minister of WWE’s EVOLVE brand since being named to the position by NXT GM Ava this past March.
WWE developmental talent Lance Anoa’i and WWE LFG and EVOLVE talent Drako Knox announced earlier today on Twitter that they were released from WWE.
Anoa’i reflected on his bad luck with injuries for his time in WWE and revealed that he is currently under a 30-days non-compete clause due to his departure being a release from the company.

Prior to their departures, Anoa’i had been signed with WWE since November of 2024 but did not make an official in-ring debut for the company due to him being injured throughout his time there. Anoa’i previously made an appearance for WWE in May of 2019 in an enhancement talent role.
Knox had been signed with WWE since November of 2023 and had primarily worked for WWE’s EVOLVE brand for televised appearances. Knox worked NXT house show events but never made his official debut on NXT television.
