Mustafa Ali has been working for TNA Wrestling since his return to the company this past January. Ali had revealed at the time that he had signed a new contract with the company.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Ali’s contract with TNA is currently set to expire at the end of this year.
It was reported that Ali is currently keeping his options open for the future of his wrestling career.
It was also reported that those spoken to stated that Ali was “welcomed back” to NXT upon his surprise return appearance earlier this month. WWE SVP of NXT and Talent Relations Shawn Michaels reportedly has long been a big advocate of Ali.
Ali’s contract is one of several talents contracts that are currently set to expire by the end of this year in TNA.
Ali previously worked for TNA from January of 2024 to August of 2024.
