WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced one new match and one new segment for the card of this Friday’s WWE SmackDown show at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
In regards to the new match, this was announced to be a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match of ZaRuca (Zaria & Sol Ruca) vs. Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair (c).
In regards to the new segment, this was announced to be Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes making an appearance.
In regards to Jacob Fatu’s current health status, Aldis also confirmed that Fatu’s match against Drew McIntyre is still scheduled to take place on the show. Fatu recently suffered a non-wrestling-related injury that could potentially keep him out of action well into 2026.
