New Japan Pro Wrestling announced one newly updated match for the card of Wrestle Kingdom 20, which takes place on January 4, 2026 at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan.
This newly updated match was a NEVER Openweight Championship match of Aaron Wolf vs. EVIL (c).

NJPW also confirmed that Yota Tsuji vs. Konosuke Takeshita for the IWGP Global Heavyweight and IWGP World Heavyweight Championships in a Title vs. Title match will be taking place at the event.

NJPW also confirmed that Syuri vs. Saya Kamitani for the IWGP Women’s and NJPW Strong Women’s Championships in a Title vs. Title match will also be taking place at the event.
