Book Pro Wrestlers announced on Facebook that Gunner Eudy, son of late Sid Eudy, also known as Sycho Sid in WWE, is currently planning to hold the first annual Sycho Sid Memorial Benefit Show in Arkansas.
It was announced that profits for this upcoming show will be going to local animal shelters in Cirrenden County.
Eudy recently launched a GoFundMe fundraiser to help raise funds to purchase a ring and trailer for the event. Eudy stated that the ring for the show costs $12,000 and will be using $6,000 of his own money and is asking fans to help out with covering the other half of the cost.
“My name is Gunnar Eudy, ring name Two Sycho — son of the late, legendary WWF World Champion “Sycho” Sid Eudy. On August 26, 2024, we lost my dad. The wrestling world lost the master and the ruler of the world, but Crittenden County lost one of the biggest animal lovers you’d ever meet. Dad was always pulling over on the side of the road to pick up strays and dropping everything to help the shelters around Marion and West Memphis. That’s why I’m starting TWO: The Wrestling Order, a new Arkansas wrestling promotion built from the ground up, and the very first show will be the 1st Annual Sycho Sid Memorial Benefit Show. This will become an annual tradition every year on the Friday closest to his passing, and 100% of the profits from every single memorial show will go directly to local animal shelters and rescues right here in Crittenden County. To make this real, I need a professional wrestling ring and a trailer to haul it. Total cost: $12,000. I’m putting up $6,000 of my own money because this isn’t just a promotion to me — it’s how I keep my dad’s name and his love for animals alive forever. I’m asking the wrestling family, my Arkansas people, and every animal lover out there to help me raise the other $6,000. Every dollar you give goes straight to: – An 18×18 pro wrestling ring – Heavy-duty trailer so we can run shows all over the Mid-South – Lights, sound, and everything needed to put on real, old-school wrestling Once the ring is paid for, TWO belongs to all of us. We’ll run monthly shows, train the next generation, hold kids camps, and every August we’ll throw the biggest damn wrestling party Arkansas has ever seen — all while raising thousands for homeless dogs and cats, exactly like Dad would have wanted. If you ever cheered for Sycho Sid when he powerbombed Diesel through the table… If you believe wrestling can still do good in 2025… If you just want to help animals in Crittenden County… Throw in $5, $20, $100 — whatever you can. Then share this with every wrestling group, Arkansas page, and animal rescue page you know. Let’s build this ring together. Let’s honor a legend. Let’s save some animals. For Sid. For the dogs. For Arkansas wrestling. Two Sycho Gunnar Eudy Marion, Arkansas #LongLiveSid #SychoSidMemorial #TWOWrestlingOrder #ArkansasWrestling #RescueDogs (Goal: $6,000 — 100% goes to the ring & trailer. No salaries, no fees taken out. I cover the other half myself.) React.”
Sycho Sid passed away on August 26, 2024 at the age of 63.
