WWE announced that they have pulled Sheamus from their on-going The Last Time Is Now Tournament to officially determine the final opponent for John Cena’s in-ring wrestling career.
It was announced that Sheamus was not medically cleared to compete due to him recently suffering a shoulder injury.
It was also stated that additional information will be given during tonight’s WWE SmackDown show in Denver, Colorado.

Prior to the announcement, Sheamus had defeated Shinsuke Nakamura in a First Round match on the November 10th WWE RAW show to advance to the Quarterfinal Round.
