Updated AEW Continental Classic 2025 Standings & Results

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite & Collision Holiday Bash 2025 show at the Co-op Live in Manchester, England featured three Continental Classic League matches, one for the Gold League and two for the Blue League.

In regards to the Gold League, this match was PAC defeating Kyle Fletcher.

In regards to the Blue League, the first match was Jon Moxley defeating Roderick Strong.

The second match was Orange Cassidy defeating Mascara Dorada.

MJF Returns & Cashes In Casino Gauntlet Contract to Be Added to AEW World Title Match at Worlds End

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite & Collision Holiday Bash 2025 show also featured MJF making his surprise return and officially cashing in his Men’s Casino Gauntlet contract to be added to the AEW Worlds Championship match at AEW Worlds End 2025.

During the show, Hangman Adam Page, Swerve Strickland, and AEW World Champion Samoa Joe with the rest of The Opps came out to the ring for an AEW World title match contract signing segment. After some words by Joe, Strickland, and Page about their upcoming match and signing the match contract, MJF’s music played to interrupt and he came out to the ring with his Casino Gauntlet contract.

MJF proceeded to sign the Casino Gauntlet contract and handed it to Tony Schiavone to officially cash it in for the AEW World title match. Schiavone looked at the signed contract and announced that the match will now be a four-way for the title.

MJF grabbed a microphone and explained his reasons for why he would cash in his title shot for a four-way match while dishing out a barrage of insults directed at all of his now three opponents for the title.


Ricochet & Bandido Advances To Dynamite Diamond Ring Finals at Dynamite On 34th Street 2025 Show

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite & Collision Holiday Bash 2025 show also featured Ricochet & Bandido advancing to the Finals of this year’s Dynamite Diamond Ring match.

Ricochet and Bandido were the final two competitors left in the ring and per match rules, officially advanced to the Dynamite Diamond Ring match at next week’s AEW Dynamite On 34th Street 2025 show on December 24th.

This match featured Ricochet, Bandido, Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, Brody King, Toa Liona, Bishop Kaun, Luchasaurus, Ace Austin, Shelton Benjamin, Josh Alexander, and Mark Davis as the competitors.


AEW Women’s Tag Titles Match Announced for AEW Worlds End 2025

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite & Collision Holiday Bash 2025 show also featured one new match announced for the card of Worlds End 2025, which takes place on

This new match announced was an AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship match of Mercedes Mone & Athena vs. Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron) (c).

This new match was setup following Mone pinning Nightingale for her team in the 8-Women Tag Team match on the show. In a follow-up segment, Athena and Mone were seen backstage being interviewed by Lacy Nair. Athena and Mone talked about their win earlier and how Mone pinned one half of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions. Athena and Mone then issued a challenge to Babes of Wrath for their titles at Worlds End. It was announced afterwards that this match was made official for the show.
