Updated AEW Continental Classic 2025 Standings & Results

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite On 34th Street 2025 show featured threeo Continental Classic League matches, one for the Gold League and two for the Blue League.

In regards to the Gold League, this match was Jungle Jack Perry defeating PAC.

In regards to the Blue League, the first match was Konosuke Takeshita defeating Orange Cassidy. As a result of his victory, Takeshita clinched both the top seed in the Blue League and advanced to the Semifinal Round.

The second match was Mascara Dorada defeating Roderick Strong.

Bandido Wins 2025 Dynamite Diamond Ring

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite On 34th Street 2025 show also featured Bandido defeating Ricochet in the Finals of the Dynamite Diamond Ring tournament to become the winner of this year’s Dynamite Diamond Ring.

As a result of his victory, Bandido will be challenging the winner of MJF/Swerve Strickland/Hangman Adam Page/Samoa Joe (c) for the AEW World title at AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage 2026 show on January 14, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona.

This was Bandido’s first ever Dynamite Diamond Ring victory in his AEW career.


Gabe Kidd Issues Challenge to Darby Allin for AEW Worlds End 2025

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite On 34th Street 2025 show also featured one new potential match for Worlds End 2025, which takes place on December 27th at the NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

This new potential match is a singles match of Gabe Kidd vs. Darby Allin.

This new potential match was setup over recent months shows over Kidd’s bad blood issues with Allin. During tonight’s show, a video aired featuring Kidd talking about what happened the last time they were together and issued a challenge to Allin for a match at Worlds End.


Darby Allin Reveals He’s Medically Cleared From Injury

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite On 34th Street 2025 show also featured the announcement of Darby Allin being medically cleared from his undisclosed injury from earlier this month.

During the show, Lexy Nair held an interview with Allin in a backstage area for his response to Gabe Kidd’s challenge to him at Worlds End. Nair revealed that Allin has been officially medically cleared but before Allin could say anything, Kidd ran out and attacked Allin. Kidd continued his attack and dragged Allin up a flight of stairs only to kick him right down it.


The Young Bucks Announce They Won’t Be Medically Cleared For Rest of Year

Wednesday’s taped AEW Dynamite On 34th Street 2025 show also featured The Young Bucks’ Matt & Nick Jackson announcing that they will not be medically cleared for the remainder of this year due to the physical aftermath on their bodies after their $1 Million Trios match against the Don Callis Family at last week’s show.
