Jack Perry Reportedly Suffered Legit Injury at Dec. 10th AEW Dynamite Winter Is Coming 2025 Show

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Winter Is Coming 2025 show in College Park, Georgia featured Kazuchika Okada defeating Jungle Jack Perry in a Continental Classic Gold League match. This match was notable for a spot involving Perry performing a suicide dive to Okada on the outside resulting in Perry landing hard on his knee and clutched it afterwards.

The Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez reported that his sources confirmed that Perry had suffered a legitimate ankle injury after performing the spot during his match with Okada.

Alvarez reported that Perry worked through the rest of the match with the injury but he appeared to be feeling fine backstage after the match.

Darby Allin Comments on His Reaction After Reaching Summit of Mt. Everest

NBC 11 Alive held a recent interview with Darby Allin. One of the topics discussed included Allin’s thoughts about his climb of Mount Everest earlier this year and his reaction when he reached the summit of the mountain.

“So fast forward- a lot of people said that should be a sign not to climb Mount Everest (Breaking his foot), and I said, ‘no, absolutely. That’s a sign to work harder and then hit it harder.’ Because with Mount Everest, the first time I was just thinking about the summit. I wasn’t thinking about the journey. I was just thinking about the summit. I get to the summit, I gotta get to the summit. But when I broke my foot, it made me stop and smell the roses about what the journey actually is. So I was so much more grateful for the experience the second time around and it was, it was insane. It was very humbling. I got to the summit and I just started crying. It was just couldn’t put it into words, like how amazing that felt and the fact that I was able to do it in the middle of my career, the fact that AEW gave me the time to take off in the middle of my career, as opposed to keeping me on the machine where you got to do this, you got to do that. Cause you keep doing that. You keep living your life like that, and next thing you know, you’re living your life for someone else and not yourself, and then this machine’s going to chew you up and spit you out one day. But if you let it take you, it’s going to leave you with nothing. But if you keep yourself intact, you’ll be just got to stay humble and grounded.”
