Florida Restaurant Thanks Roman Reigns for Being “True Hero” for Delivering Pizzas to Sick Children
Florida-based Italian restaurant Mimi’s Ravioli thanked Roman Reigns on Instagram for being a “true hero” over him delivering pizza to sick children at the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida.
“I don’t know if you know this guy story but he is a true hero. It’s two days before Christmas and all the money in the world and this guy is picking up pizza to deliver to the sick kids at the hospital on his own time. They don’t make them like this guy. This guy is what you call a true life hero. I’m glad we can call Joe our friend thank you for stopping by saying hello and bring the kids Pizza. It’s an honor to have you walk through my doors buddy. Keep doing what you’re doing and keep paying it forward. God created people like you to make this a better place thank you guys from my family to everyone. I kept the line for 10 straight hours today and Mimi‘s. We won’t stop until every order is done thank you. We are blessed from my family, my friends and my workers. We thank you all.”
Je’Von Evans Comments on Him Having a Connection With John Cena & Has Been Texting Him
WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event show earlier this month featured John Cena officially retiring from his in-ring career following his loss to Gunther in his retirement match. This show was also notable for featuring several NXT talents competing in exhibition matches. One of those NXT talents was Je’Von Evans who competed in a tag team match with Leon Slater against AJ Styles & Dragon Lee.
A recent episode of the Battleground Podcast featured Evans as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Evans’ thoughts about him now having a connection with Cena and revealed that they have been texting each other and Cena sharing advice to help his wrestling career.
“I grew up watching Cena, which is probably a crazy thing to say or a crazy thing for y’all to hear. Like, I grew up watching Cena. It’s crazy to know now that like — and I say this almost every interview — the legends that I’ve had connections with, now I can hit them up whenever, you know? And now that i just made a connection with Cena, we’ve been texting. He gives me advice about wrestling, about life, all that. It means so much, it means so much. From being a fan to now being a colleague and learning under his tree — it’s insane.”

Arn Anderson Comments on Biggest Difference Between Cody Rhodes in AEW & WWE
Denise Salcedo held a recent interview with WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson. One of the topics discussed included Anderson’s thoughts about the biggest difference between AEW’s version of Cody Rhodes and the current version of him in WWE.
“He had full control of his destiny with AEW. WWE is very strict and regimented. There’s a pecking order of people in charge with the new company TKO buying it. It’s become a mega company if that was possible, multi-billionaire company. I just think that you’ve got a lot more hands on with AEW and the talent talking to Tony Khan than you do with WWE and I don’t know if that’ll ever change.”
Anderson and Rhodes worked together in AEW from 2019 until Rhodes’ departure and return to WWE in February of 2022.
