Josh Alexander Comments on Him Wanting To See Scott D’Amore & Jade Chung Join AEW & ROH

A recent episode of the Busted Open Radio podcast featured Josh Alexander as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Alexander’s thoughts about him being interested in seeing his wife and former TNA ring announcer Jade Chung and his friend and current Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling owner Scott D’Amore join AEW and Ring of Honor in the Future

“I would absolutely love to see that. I mean, Scott’s one thing. He might take offense more if I said no to that than my wife.

My wife first and foremost, she changed her whole career from a wrestling manager into being a ring announcer just because [TNA] asked her to try it. She was worried about it, but she’s like, ‘I’ll give it a try, I’ve never done it, we’ll see.’ She went to voice lessons for a year, and she’s still going to this day, even though she’s not doing it anymore.

But she did all this hard work. And I think the hard work showed in what she was able to do as a ring announcer. Like, she was getting praise from a lot of people from around the industry that have been in the industry for a very long time.

So I think it’d be a terrible waste of her talents to not see her do what she now loves to do and is now confident in doing at a bigger company. AEW would be a very good place for that.

Scott D’Amore, the man has helped me more than anybody else in wrestling history. He saw something in me when a lot of people didn’t, gave me an opportunity when a lot of people didn’t. And the only reason I’m sitting here in this house that I’m able to put over my children’s heads is because of Scott D’Amore giving me those opportunities and me making the best of them. So I owe that guy so much, and I would love to see him anywhere.”

Alec Price Comments on He Legitimately Did Not Know That MJF Was Going To Offer Him & Jordan Oliver AEW Contracts

As noted before, MJF announced at this past Friday’s Limitless Rumble 2026 event for Limitless Wrestling in Lewiston, Maine that indie talents Alec Price and Jordan Oliver have been signed to contracts with AEW. AEW CEO Tony Khan officially confirmed Price and Oliver’s signings following their match against FTR at Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Orlando, Florida.

The Undisputed held a recent interview with Price. One of the topics discussed included Price’s thoughts about how he legitimately did not know that MJF was going to offer him and Oliver contracts with AEW at Limitless Wrestling’s show.

“I had no idea what was going on until MJF cut the promo in the ring. It made me bawl. I cried my eyes out.

I hope that everyone who has been along with me for the ride stays along with me for the ride. I’m doing this for everyone that wants to change their life, help their family, and follow their dreams. I’m going to miss the indies, especially my home promotions like Beyond, Limitless, Alpha-1, GCW. I’m going to miss wrestling for the fans on the indies. I’m not going to forget them. I’ll always be the same Alec, regardless of whether I’m signed on TV or I am an independent wrestler.”

Price also gave his thoughts about his and Oliver’s current goal for their wrestling career is to prove that they are the best tag team in the world now that they are signed with AEW.

“This is our time. [MJF] was part of the last generation of indie talent, then me and Jordan and our generation held the indies strong. Now it’s all about a new challenge. Me and Jordan aren’t going to squander this opportunity. We’re the best tag team in the world, and we’re going to show it.”

Bishop Dyer Competes in Dark Match at 1/21 AEW Dynamite Tapings

AEW held three dark matches prior to the start of Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show at the Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida.

Among the matches included Bishop Dyer, former Baron Corbin in WWE, making his official in-ring debut appearance for AEW.

Dyer teamed up with Martin Stone & Better Together (Hadar Horvitz & Ori Gold) in an Eight-Man Tag Team match against Elijah Drago, Brady Booker, & Austin & Billy Gunn.

Besides Dyer, Sting’s son Steven Borden also made a return appearance. Borden Jr. teamed up with QT Marshall in a tag team dark match against Nathan Cruz & Rosario Grillo.
