AJ Lee vs. Becky Lynch Match Reportedly Planned for WrestleMania 42

WWE officials reportedly have plans for AJ Lee to compete in a match at this April’s WrestleMania 42 event in Las Vegas, Nevada, according to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select.

It was reported that their sources stated that a singles match between Lee and Becky Lynch is considered to be one of the more “locked in” matches for WrestleMania 42. It was also reported that WWE officials have had plans for this match to take place at the event for some time.

Lee has been absent from WWE since this past November’s Survivor Series WarGames 2025 event which involved Lee tapping out Lynch to pick up the victory for her team in the Women’s WarGames match.
