Young Bucks vs. FTR for AEW World Tag Titles Set for AEW Revolution 2026

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show at the Memorial Auditorium in Sacramento, California featured the first of two new matches announced for the card of Revolution 2026.

This new match announced was an AEW World Tag Team Championship match of The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) (c).

This new match was initially setup following the Young Bucks winning a #1 Contender’s Four-way match on last week’s show. During tonight’s show, FTR came out to the ring with Stokely Hathaway strolling along on a wheelchair. FTR and Hathaway proceeded to run down the Young Bucks and Hathaway making things personal by also insulting the Young Bucks’ children. This led to the Young Bucks coming out from behind and laid out FTR with stereo superkicks.

The Young Bucks followed it by also laying out Hathaway. The Young Bucks then issued a challenge to FTR for their titles at Revolution.

It was announced afterwards that this match was made official for the show.

Crowd Chants “F*ck ICE” Again During Brody King Promo Segment

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured the crowd chanting “Fuck ICE” again during an AEW show.

During the show, a video aired featuring Brody King reflecting on his loss to MJF for the AEW World Championship and his promise to get back into the title hunt and win it in the future. As King was speaking, the crowd chanted “Fuck ICE” several times in support of King.

This was the third time in recent weeks that the anti-ICE chants were given by the crowd, following the February 4th AEW Dynamite show and this past Saturday’s AEW Grand Slam Australia 2026 show.

New Stips Issued for AEW World Title Match at AEW Revolution 2026

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured two new stipulations and one mystery stipulation issued for the AEW World Championship match of Hangman Adam Page vs. MJF (c) at Revolution 2026.

During the show, Page and AEW World Champion MJF came out to the ring for a heated face-to-face promo segment. During their heated insults filled banter, Page stated that he didn’t want to just have a normal match between them at Revolution and wanted to up the stakes. Page stated that he had a stipulation in mind for their match and wanted MJF to come up with his own stipulation so that match would feature both of their stipulations. Page then offered an incentive for MJF to agree to having special stipulations for their match by announcing that if he loses, then he will never challenge for the AEW World Championship ever again.

Page then informed MJF that his stipulation is a Texas Death Match. MJF responded stating that he needs a week to decide on what his stipulation will be for their match.

AEW Continental Title No Time Limit Match Set for AEW Revolution 2026

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show also featured the second of two new matches announced for the card of Revolution 2026, which takes place on March 15th at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.

This new match announced was an AEW Continental Championship No Time Limit match of Konosuke Takeshita vs. Jon Moxley (c).

This new match was setup following a backstage promo segment involving Moxley and the Death Riders.

In a follow-up segment, the Don Callis Family were seen backstage beating up a bunch of random jobbers and people. Josh Alexander and Don Callis responded to Moxley and the Death Riders’ matches challenges. Callis stated that Takeshita was not here but he accepted Moxley’s challenge on behalf of Takeshita.

Later in the show, it was announced that this match was made official for Revolution.

Current card for AEW Revolution 2026:

Thunder Rosa Makes Surprise Appearance

During the show, Renee Paquette was seen backstage and welcomed two former AEW Women’s Champions for an interview. This led to Kris Statlander and Rosa showing up. Rosa provided an update on her recovery from her injury announcing that she has been cleared for an in-ring return.

This was Rosa’s first appearance in AEW since this past July’s All In Texas event due to undisclosed injuries.
