Sarah Rowe Confirms Retirement From Wrestling
A recent episode of the Wise Traditions podcast featured former WWE wrestler Sarah Rowe, also known as Valhalla and real name Sarah Logan, as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Rowe confirming her retirement from her wrestling career and her transition into being a homesteader and a mother.
“Very carefully. No, actually, I just dove right in, not carefully at all. So, when COVID happened, they let go like 150 wrestlers. I was one of those wrestlers at the time that got let go. So, my husband was still hired. I got let go. So, we were like, let’s have a baby and let’s see about like, I always wanted to grow my own food. I come from a family of farmers that used to like rent land to farm on, but they were very much like traditional agriculture farming, like every corn fed, red Angus, all the stuff. And so, I knew I wanted to get back to that, but I wanted to do it differently because I know what I know.
And when the day I got fired, I started looking into starting a farm here because we had the land. We bought a place with like 20 acres of agricultural fields.”
Rowe also gave her thoughts about when she had the desire to become a farmer and a mother and her decision to leave wrestling after her departure from WWE in 2025.
“Okay, so when I was on the road, and I thought about becoming a mother and becoming a farmer, you’re like, wow, that sounds so peaceful. Like, what if I never want to come back to wrestling? What if I just want to stay at the farm? And like, once that happened and once I, because I got fired, had a baby, got re-hired, and so got re-hired, and then I just left the company permanently. My contract just expired on the 5th, and I’m not renewing it.
So I, when at first I was like, I don’t want to come back to wrestling. Maybe I just want to start a homestead and be a farmer and a mother. And once that happened, my body wasn’t used to that peace. And I like, I was like scared of it. And I didn’t ever, I never felt like I was doing enough.”

Violent J Says JCW Will “Prove People Wrong”
The Undisputed held a recent interview with Violent J, Insane Clown Posse member and co-owner of Juggalo Championship Wrestling. One of the topics discussed included Violent J’s thoughts about his JCW promotion and the recent hiring of Vince Russo to be their new head booker.
“People always said we didn’t belong in wrestling, but what they don’t realize is we were wrestlers first. We’re wrestling fans, too. And we want a chance to entertain you.
We’re an indie that has been touring for 26 years, yet we’re virtually unheard of in the wrestling world. The biggest difference I saw was that those promotions marketed to wrestling fans while we were exclusively marketing to our fan base, the juggalos–which is basically another name for renegades. That was the difference. So that’s what we are doing–we are making a show for the mainstream by juggalos.
Wrestling feels so corporate now. There’s advertising on the ring mats. There’s WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia. Who the fuck can go to that? The fans feel second, third, and fourth most important. There’s the Netflix series about behind the scenes. We want to make it easy to get lost in what is happening in the ring.”
Violent J also gave his thoughts about how JCW will prove people wrong about them not belonging in wrestling.
“People might not believe in us. That was always the story for ICP. We’re going to prove people wrong with JCW. We’re here to stay.”
