Gabe Kidd Comments on His Decision to Leave NJPW & Join AEW and His Status with Jon Moxley’s Death Riders
Fightful held a recent interview with The Dogs’ Gabe Kidd, Clark Connors, and David Finlay. One of the topics discussed included Kidd’s thoughts about his decision to join AEW after feeling “disrespected” by NJPW.
“Sometimes, love dies. You know what I’m saying? Sometimes things go a way you don’t expect them to go. I come here because we’re coming for the heads of every single name in this company. We’re taking their spots, straight up. We’re coming here collectively and we’re gonna bit everyone’s head off.
Of course. I’ll get successful, you get mad about it. Suck your mom for that one. It’s ridiculous. It doesn’t affect me in any way, imma roll with my dogs, bite man’s head off and end people and make a statement.
Let’s be real here. New Japan, as soon as I had that Kenny match, they should’ve given me a New Japan title shot. Are you stupid? Why have I never had an IWGP heavyweight title match? It’s a fucking joke. Disrespect us, yeah, alright, see you in a bit. Matinee, dickhead.”
Kidd also gave his thoughts about his current status with Jon Moxley and the Death Riders following him forming a new group with Finlay and Connors in AEW.
“They don’t understand, it’s kill or be killed up in here. That’s how we live, that’s how we roll. I don’t think they understand that I don’t care for a single one of them apart from the Death Riders. That’s my team too, I’m double dipping up in this. I am not going to end that, I’m still ride or die for Mox too. There’s different relationships there but apart from them, everyone else is just beneath us under our feet. Straight up dirt on our shoes.”

Anthony Ogogo Reveals He’s Been Training with AJ Styles
AEW and Ring of Honor talent Anthony Ogogo revealed on Twitter that he recently participated in a training session with AJ Styles.
Ogogo also stated that he has been having weekly training sessions with wrestling legend such as Styles and Billy Gunn.
“Last night’s training session with AJ Styles.
Unreal. As a kid I had one dream… to compete at the Olympic Games. I chased it, lived it, and came home with a medal. Childhood dream.
What I never imagined was getting to live a second dream. Becoming a professional wrestler and learning from the very people I grew up watching.
Every week I train with legends like Billy Gunn, and nights like this getting extra reps and knowledge from someone like AJ Styles are special.
Grateful for the journey. Still learning. Still sharpening the tools. Still chasing greatness.
Dreams evolve… but the work never stops”
