As noted before, Leila Grey has been out of action for AEW and Ring of Honor since this past December due to a knee injury that was later confirmed to be a torn ACL.
Grey provided an update earlier today on Instagram Stories stating that she had underwent surgery on Tuesday to repair her knee.
“Hey guys. I finally had my knee surgery yesterday. Everything went well. I’m home recovering and starting therapy tomorrow. Thank you all for the support during this time.”

A potential timetable for Grey’s return from injury is currently not known.
