Demolition Reflect on Their WWE Hall of Fame Induction
As noted before, WWE recently announced that Demolition (Ax & Smash) would be getting inducted into their WWE Hall of Fame as part of this year’s class of inductees.
A recent episode of the Edlow Podcast featured Demolition as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Ax, real name Bill Eadie, and Smash, real name Barry Darsow, thoughts about their upcoming induction into WWE’s Hall of Fame.
Eadie stated:
“It’s a little overwhelming, to be honest with you. I mean, we just got word of it the other day. And it’s an honor because to be involved with something in our profession and be accepted in that fraternity with all the talent that’s in the Hall, it’s humbling. There’s a great amount of talent there. To be considered worthy to be in the Hall is a very, very big thing for us.”
They were informed of their induction during a Zoom call this past Saturday. Eadie and Darsow also gave their thoughts about how they had thought the Zoom call from WWE would just be to discuss new merchandise items but then The Undertaker jumped on and had surprised them with the news that they’re going into the Hall of Fame instead.
Darsow gave his thoughts about how fans would ask them at conventions over the years when they would be inducted and how they are humbled to now have a spot alongside all of the great tag teams that have been honored by WWE.
“There’s so many great tag teams. They ask us, ‘Who’s your favorite tag team?’ Well, it’s so hard to say because they’re all of our favorites. We love it. So to all of a sudden to get inducted into this Hall of Fame is just a huge, huge thing. So we’re very excited about it.”
Darsow also gave his thoughts about Demolition being back with WWE under WWE Legends deals.
“We’ve always got along great with everybody, but I think there was a little heat before. And now there’s not, and we’re just excited to be with the WWE again.”

Ricky Saints Comments on Cody Rhodes Being “Very Impactful” on His Wrestling Career & Life
A recent episode of the Battleground Podcast featured NXT talent Ricky Saints as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Saints’ thoughts about the big impact that Cody Rhodes has had on his wrestling career and life.
“The friendship in itself is great because, you know, I don’t know if he sees a younger kid in me [like] when he was first starting out. I don’t know. I would think so, but I really don’t know. But he’s great in the fact that there are things that I’m figuring out on my own. And there are little pockets that I kind of miss, right? He is great at identifying those pockets and giving me words of wisdom that allow me to ultimately guide myself to what it is that I should be learning or figuring out.
He’s really, really good at that. He’s really good at giving you a perspective and you ultimately being like, ‘Oh, okay. I get it now.’ It’s so undervalued in that sense, because you’re usually used to people like physically showing you this or doing that, right? Since we don’t live very close to each other, it’s hard. So when we do have these moments where we do see each other and we talk, the conversations are in depth. They have such a deep magnitude to them of like life and sh*t outside of wrestling, you know what I’m saying? It covers all of it. So he’s been very impactful in my career and in my life too, personally and professionally. So I can’t really thank him too much [for] that.”

Danhausen Gets One of His WWE Demands Fulfilled
As noted before, former AEW talent Danhausen made his surprise official WWE debut at this past Saturday’s Elimination Chamber 2026 event in Chicago, Illinois. Monday’s WWE RAW show in Indianapolis, Indiana featured a backstage segment with Danhausen and RAW GM Adam Pearce that revolved around Danhausen giving a soggy paper containing a list of demands he wanted now that he is in WWE.
One of those demands was Danhausen wanting one of those backstage finger pointing pictures with WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque.
Danhausen revealed earlier today on Twitter that he got his demand of having a backstage picture with Triple H pointing at him fulfilled.
It’s time to play the gamehausen. https://t.co/AsoHoe5YDR
