LA Knight Says He Doesn’t Know His Plans For WrestleMania 42 Yet
A recent episode of The Coach’s Corner podcast featured LA Knight as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Knight’s thoughts about if he currently knows what WWE’s plans are for him at this April’s WrestleMania 42 event in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“Don’t worry about the details, but I don’t have any. I know about as much as you know. People find that hard to believe but in all honesty, that’s just wrestling. When I came up in wrestling, I’d say most of the times that I was going to a show, I’d never even met my opponent before. So, I’m meeting him two or three hours before showtime. With that being the case, I don’t know a lot. I’d like to know more. But all I know is that it’s going to be, of course, as it always is, it’s going to be gigantic week. It’s going to be a gigantic success. You’re talking about people coming from all corners of the world to Las Vegas for essentially our big bash, our big kind of sendoff party for the year where things come to an end and things kind of start blooming into the new. I’m just looking forward to that whole.”
Knight has been recently rumored to be the potential opponent for Brock Lesnar for Lesnar’s open challenge match at the event.

Janel Grant Says WWE Never Responded to Police After Intimidation Report
As noted before, former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit in January of 2024 against former WWE/TKO Executive Chairman Vince McMahon accusing McMahon of committing sex trafficking and sexual abuse towards her during her time in the company. Grant filed a new amended lawsuit this past February detailing new evidence and claims against McMahon, WWE, and others. Grant had also a filed petition against a WWE Wellness doctor named Carlon Colker and his clinic in July of 2024 for medical records related to her lawsuit, which was court ordered to be released this past August.
Grant and her attorney Erica Nolan appeared at a session for the Connecticut Labor and Public Employees Committee this past Tuesday advocating for the passage of Senate Bill 355 to reform NDAs in the state. This new bill would limit the usage of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in cases of workplace harassment and discrimination in the state.
During her testimony, Grant stated that she filed a police report within the past week due to online intimidation tactics that she believed could have jeopardized her safety. Grant stated that police took a report and contacted WWE over the matter. Grant also stated that the police report notes that WWE never responded to the officer’s call regarding the issue.
“This past week alone, I filed a police report because I noticed some intimidation tactics online playing out that were potentially going to pose a threat and jeopardize my safety in some way that I could not ignore. I called the police. They took a report. The officer reached out to WWE and to the state. When I got the report yesterday, WWE did not return the police officer’s phone call.”
Grant’s attorney Nolan also spoke about the intimidation and retaliation Grant has faced since filing her lawsuit against McMahon, WWE, and others.
“For someone bound by an NDA, intimidation does not have to be loud or obvious – it can be as simple as a letter from a lawyer reminding a victim of what they signed. In Ms. Grant’s case, however, the intimidation has been both loud and obvious. She has faced public retaliation, exposure of her personal information, witness intimidation, and even public mockery on national television of what she experienced.
This is not about punishing employers; it is about protecting workers here in Connecticut. NDAs are often framed as neutral tools, but when used in cases involving misconduct, they function primarily to protect the employer, not the employee.”
Grant and Nolan’s testimony begins around the 15-minute and 25-second mark of the video of the session.
