Roxanne Perez’s Benign Mass Surgery & Return Plans Update

As noted before, Roxanne Perez has been absent from WWE since this past January’s Royal Rumble 2026 event in Saudi Arabia due to surgery to remove a benign mass in her back.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Perez is currently expected to make her return to WWE programming at this Monday’s WWE RAW show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.

Nikki Bella Suffered Ankle Injury at March 27th WWE SmackDown Show

The Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez reported that Nikki Bella suffered a potential leg injury at this past Friday’s WWE SmackDown show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Bella suffered the apparent injury during her tag team match with Brie Bella against Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss. Alvarez reported that Bella is believed to have suffered the injury off-screen while brawling with Nia Jax before the finish of the match. Bella reportedly was seen limping and had Jax throw her outside afterwards and never got back into the ring. Bella reportedly was seen checking on Bella for the rest of the segment on the show.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources confirmed that Bella had suffered an injury at Friday’s show and the current belief is that she had suffered a left ankle injury.

Johnson reported that Bella was checked backstage after the match.

The severity of Bella’s injury is currently not known.

Becky Lynch on Her Post In-Ring Wrestling Career Plans

A recent episode of the Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenberg podcast featured Becky Lynch as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Lynch’s thoughts about the future of her wrestling career and if she currently has retirement plans.

“No, because I think I’ll always be involved in some capacity. In some way. I don’t think I need to be worried about the retirement run. This has been an age. When I think of the challenge we have right now, the Seth Rollins, the Sami Zayns, the Sheamus’, the Finn Balors, the Charlottes, the Bayleys. We’re all going to be aging out at some point around the same time. Then, there’s going to be a whole new era and run of people. It’s probably not that far off. We’re all closer to the end than we are the beginning. There is going to be a lot of us, eventually. Maybe we should all just shut up and appreciate me while we have me.”
