Monday’s WWE RAW show in Houston, Texas was notable for featuring a backstage segment involving WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer and Judgement Day’s Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez.
This segment revolved around Judgement Day talking backstage about Finn Balor teasing him bringing back “Demon Balor” for his match against Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 42. After the rest of Judgement Day left, Morgan had a talk with Perez about Perez’s surprise return last week and how she was brought into the group by now former member Balor. Before anything else could happen, Vaquer showed up from behind and shoved Morgan hard into Perez causing both to smack their heads against each other. Vaquer then tossed Morgan head first into a large television breaking it.
The Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez reported that his sources stated that both Morgan and Perez are currently in WWE’s concussion protocol.
Alvarez reported that Morgan and Perez clonking their heads hard during the brawl portion of their segment caused WWE officials to put both of them in the concussion protocol over fears of potential concussion injuries.
Morgan is currently scheduled to face off against Vaquer for the WWE Women’s World Championship at next weekend’s WrestleMania 42 event.
