As noted before, this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Spring BreakThru 2026 show in Everett, Washington featured Darby Allin defeating MJF to become the new AEW World Champion. MJF was later revealed to not be taking time off any time soon for a rumored new film project for the reason for his title loss.
MJF responded earlier today on Twitter denying a recent report from B.J. Bethel who claimed that MJF is expected to be filming at least one new movie immediately following his loss to Allin at this past Wednesday’s show.
Bethel had reported that “MJF is expected to be filming at least one movie immediately following his loss to Darby Allin on Dynamite tonight. His name has been on schedules and call sheets for months.”
MJF responded back with a simple one word answer stating “Nope.”
Nope.
