Roman Reigns Teasing WWE Departure If He Loses to CM Punk at WrestleMania 42

WWE recently released a new video featuring Michael Cole interviewing Roman Reigns. One of the topics discussed included Reigns’ thoughts about his upcoming match against CM Punk for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Night 2 of WrestleMania 42 and him teasing leaving WWE if he loses to Punk.

“If I lose to CM Punk at WrestleMania, I don’t belong in the WWE anymore. If I were to lose on Sunday, I’d say my work is done.”

Reigns also gave his thoughts about what will happen if he wins at WrestleMania 42.

“I bring this place back to relevance. I reset the standard. I already set the standard. It got screwed up. Somebody has to come in and re-fix it. That’s what I’ll do.”

AJ Styles Comments on He Found The ‘Right Person’ for His WWE Hall of Fame Induction

Friday’s live episode of The Nikki & Brie Show podcast featured AJ Styles as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Styles’ upcoming induction into WWE’s Hall of Fame and if he is nervous for her speech at the ceremony.

“Anxious to get it over with, I think. When I’m nervous or whatever it is I may be feeling, I just wanna get it over with. I don’t wanna have to deal with it. I’ll be honest with you, WrestleMania is one of those things I was like, let’s just get it over with. Let’s just get through this, because there is so much going on.” 

Styles also gave his thoughts about if it was difficult to find the right person to induct him.

“It was, but some of them couldn’t induct me, which I get it. It’s fine. But I found the right person.”
