Mark Briscoe Challenges Tommaso Ciampa to Anything Goes No DQ Stip for Their Match at 5/20 Dynamite Show

Saturday’s AEW Collision show at the Wicomico Youth And Civic Center in Salisbury, Maryland featured Mark Briscoe issuing a new stipulation for his match against Tommaso Ciampa at next week’s three-hour Dynamite and Collision show.

During the show, The Conglomeration (Kyle O’Reilly, Mark Briscoe, & Orange Cassidy) defeated Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor & The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Capt. Shawn Dean) in an AEW World Trios Championship Eliminator match.

In a follow-up segment, Ciampa and Briscoe were seen backstage brawling that spilled out to the ringside area and eventually in the ring.

Briscoe attempted to hit a Jay Driller on Ciampa who managed to escape and hit a low blow to Briscoe in return. Ciampa proceeded to attack Briscoe with a chair and attempted to slam Brsicoe through a couple of chairs only to be stopped by The Conglomeration’s Cassidy and O’Reilly who ran out to save Briscoe.

This led to Ciampa escaping out of the ring and Briscoe grabbing a microphone. Briscoe told Ciampa if this is how he wants to do things, then he wants their match next week to be an anything goes, no disqualification.

Later in the show, it was announced that this match was made official for next week’s Dynamite and Collision show.

Tay Melo Surprise Appears & Reunites with Anna Jay

Saturday’s AEW Collision show also featured Tay Melo making her surprise return to AEW.

During the show, Anna Jay was seen backstage for an interview with Lexy Nair. Jay talked about her recent TBS Championship match against Willow Nightingale and how she is still here despite Willow calling herself the “comeback killer.” Jay continued stating they have some work to do and looked offscreen. This led to Melo showing up and stated that they both back and ready to get into the AEW Women’s Tag Team title picture.
