Willow Nightingale Says She Injured Her Shoulder & Pulled From Women’s Owen Hart Cup and Vacates TBS Title
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite and Collision three-hour show at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland, Maine featured TBS Champion Willow Nightingale giving an unfortunate announcement.
During the show, Nightingale was seen backstage and talked about how she wanted to be a fighting champion for the TBS title. Nightingale then stated that she had suffered a shoulder injury during her match against Red Velvet last week and as a result, she is not cleared to compete against Alex Windsor and has to withdraw from the Women’s Owen Hart Cup tournament. Nightingale also announced that due to her injury, she also has to vacate her TBS title as well.

In a follow-up, it was announced that Alex Windsor will now be facing off against a mystery Wild Card opponent for her First Round match in this year’s Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournament.
Women’s Owen Hart Cup Match Change for AEW Double or Nothing 2026
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite and Collision three-hour show also featured one match change announced for the card of Double or Nothing 2026.
It was announced that due to Willow Nightingale’s injury, Alex Windsor’s scheduled match for the First Round of the Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournament will no longer be taking place at Double or Nothing and instead has been replaced by the First Round match of Athena vs. Mina Shirakawa.

Kyle O’Reilly vs. Jon Moxley in No Time Limit for AEW Continental Title Set for Double or Nothing
Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite and Collision three-hour show also featured one new match set for the card of Double or Nothing 2026, which takes place on May 24th at the Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York.
This new match announced was an AEW Continental Championship No Time Limit match of Kyle O’Reilly vs. Jon Moxley (c).
This new match was setup following Kyle O’Reilly earning a shot at the AEW Continental title after his Eliminator match against Moxley went to a 20-Minute time limit draw.

Following the match, O’Reilly left the ring and grabbed a microphone. O’Reilly stated that he didn’t survive a dam thing and he knows he can beat Mox considering he had made him tapped out before. O’Reilly then demanded that his future title match against Moxley to have a no time limit.
