Atlantis Jr. Suffered Knee Injury & Pulled From Cope Junior Final Match

Wednesday’s CMLL Informa show featured CMLL announcing that Atlantis Jr. recently suffered a knee injury.

It was announced that due to his injury, Atlantis Jr. has been pulled from his scheduled Cope Junior Finals 2026 match against Villano III Jr. at their May 31st event. It was also announced that Cibernetico will be replacng Atlantis Jr. for his scheduled match against Zandokan Jr. at the event.

Atlantis Jr. last wrestled at CMLL’s Domingo Familiar event on May 24th in Mexico City, Mexico.


Mistico Provides Knee Injury Update & Return Plans

As noted before, Mistico has been out of action for CMLL since this past week due to a knee-related injury.

Wednesday’s CMLL Informa show featured Mistico making an appearance and provided an update on his recovery from his injury. Mistico stated that he had suffered the injury at CMLL’s event on May 17th.

Mistico also stated that he needs another week of rest and he has been attending physical therapy twice a week.

Mistico also stated that he is currently hopeful of being able to return at CMLL’s Super Viernes show on June 5th in Mexico City but he is still waiting to be medically cleared for in-ring action.
