As noted before, WWE and AAA talent Ludwig Kaiser, also known as El Grande Americano and real name Marcel Barthel, was arrested on charges of battery this past Wednesday following an altercation with a man in Orange County, Florida. This incident was revealed to have been caused after Kaiser and a female were acting “uncontrollably intimate” in an elevator and Kaiser attacked the man after being allegedly told to “please have some manners.” The State of Florida has not objected to a motion filed by Kaiser’s attorney to allow out of state and international travel for him.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that presiding Judge Andrew Cameron officially approved Barthel’s motion earlier today to allow him to travel both within the United States and internationally during the legal case against him.
In the ruling, it was stated that Barthel is required to appear for all future court dates for the legal case against him.
Johnson reported that Barthel had pleaded not guilty after learning of a warrant for his arrest when he had turned himself in to authorities.
