As noted before, toy manufacturer and collectibles Jazwares laid off their entire AEW division this past Friday.
AEW CEO and Ring of Honor owner Tony Khan held a media scrum earlier today to promote this Friday’s ROH Supercard of Honor 2026 event in Salisbury, Maryland. One of the topics discussed included Khan’s thoughts about the future of AEW’s working partnership with Jazwares.
Khan stated that AEW has had a great relationship with Jazwares for many years but “I do think it’s possible there could be a change and that could potentially be a positive change for AEW and the fans.” Khan also stated that he could not comment any further beyond what he already said.
Jazwares has been partnered with AEW since February of 2020 as the official manufacturer of AEW branded action figures and toys. Jazwares also has been the official manufacturer of Ring of Honor branded action figures and toys since Khan’s purchase of ROH in 2022.
