Booker T Makes Return To NXT Commentary

Booker T had been absent from NXT shows since the July 16 show due to a “vacation break” that was later revealed to be an undisclosed family-related issue.

El Hijo del Vikingo Gets Attacked by Keanu Carver & Pulled From Show

Tuesday’s WWE NXT show also featured a backstage segment involving Keanu Carver attacking AAA Latin American Champion El Hijo del Vikingo.

During the show, a cameraman rushed backstage after hearing some commotion leading to Carver standing over a fallen Vikingo and an angry NXT GM Robert Stone showing up demanding an answer from Carver. Carver told Stone that he did it to prevent EK Prosper from having his scheduled title match tonight.

In a follow-up segment, Stone was seen leaving the NXT medical room and was confronted by Kelani Jordan who was irate over what Tatum Paxley did to her. After telling Jordan he’s already had to cancel a title match, he granted her a match with Paxley tonight, Stone walked away and confronted Carver informing him that Vikingo is now injured and unable to compete tonight as a result. Stone also told Carver if he wanted Prosper that much, he can have a rematch with him tonight.

Nicole Martinez Makes Surprise NXT Debut Appearance & Attacks Tatum Paxley

Tuesday’s WWE NXT show also featured NXT developmental talent Nicole Martinez, former Nikki Blackheart in the indies, making her official debut appearance on the NXT brand.

This led to Martinez running out from the crowd and attacked Paxley laying her out. Martinez then stared into the camera as the show went to a close.
