As noted before, the replay version of WWE’s Night of Champions 2026 event features Bron Breakker’s face being censored and blurred out after he got busted open during his Steel Cage match against Seth Rollins. Breakker’s bloody face was not censored during the live broadcast of the event on ESPN.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that the blurring of Breakker’s head was done by WWE itself.
Johnson reported that besides blurring Breakker’s bloodied face, WWE also made several changes to the match involving some of the camera angles used during the live broadcast were replaced with alternate camera shots on the Netflix replay version.
Johnson also reported that there was also at least once instance where the replay cuts to a crowd shot for a few seconds instead of showing Breakker after he started bleeding from his cut.
Johnson also reported that the “holy sh*t” chants by the crowd after Rollins had superplex Breakker through a table were replaced with “This is awesome” chants in another edit done by WWE for the replay version. This reportedly is a common practice for WWE shows replays on Netflix.
