As noted before, Scorpio Sky’s contract with AEW is currently set to expire within a few months.
A recent episode of the Tagging with Chris Harris podcast featured Sky as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Sky confirming that his contract with AEW is set to expire within the near future and gave his thoughts about how he is trying not to think about the situation too much.
“You know, I’d be lying if I didn’t tell you I thought about what I’m going to do and what the future looks like. But I really try not to put too much into that. Right now, I’m focused on finishing this chapter the right way. I have a lot of stories and matches and moments left to be a part of, and I’m excited to step into those moments. So we’ll let tomorrow handle tomorrow and I’m just going to focus on today.”
Sky also gave his thoughts about Christian Cage and Jon Moxley being his choice of opponents he would like to have matches against in AEW at some point.
Sky has been with AEW since January of 2019 and was a member of the former SCU group and is a current member of SkyFlight.
