AEW announced that their next Grand Slam special will be called Grand Slam France and will be taking place on Tuesday, October 6 at the Adidas, Arena in Paris, France.
This upcoming show will be taped on Tuesday and air as that week’s episodes of Dynamite and Collision.
It was also announced that tickets for this upcoming show will officially go on sale starting on August 28 for the general public.
In an interview with the Sports Business Journal, AEW CEO Tony Khan gave his thoughts about AEW’s upcoming event in France.
“There are so many great wrestling fans in France, and a lot of fans from France have made the trek to London to see AEW, and we believe there’s a lot of excitement around All Elite Wrestling in Paris, and it just felt like this would be the perfect time to launch with a huge event.”
